Returns & Refunds

We hope you will be very pleased with the products you have purchased from Beyond the Page Gallery, but if you are not entirely happy with the goods that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 14 days of the date receipt, and we will offer a replacement, or a full refund for the price of the product.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we have delivered the items to you incorrectly, or if an item is faulty.  Items that are faulty or damaged must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

To return a product, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

·         Your name

·         Your order number

·         The name of the item you would like to return

·         Your reason for returning the item

·         Whether you would like an alternative product or a refund

We will respond with details about returning the item(s).

Providing we receive your returned items in perfect condition, we will replace or refund as requested.  Refunds will be processed within 7 days from receipt of your returned products.

We can only process a full refund if the art arrives back to us in a re-saleable condition. The cost of re-packing and returning the item will be your responsibility and we strongly advise you to use an insured courier service, with a signature on delivery, as you will be liable for the cost of the art if it is lost or damaged in transit.
