Placing an order

By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to Beyond the Page to purchase the goods including the delivery off such goods, as detailed in your order, upon the terms described in your order.
After you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable) we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and Beyond the Page for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. We will take payment from your credit/debit/PayPal account at the time you place your order for any framed items. For all other types of products, your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your legal rights.

Deliveries
Where appropriate, a delivery charge will be added to your order value, and Beyond the Page shall receive such delivery charge for the delivery of the goods you have ordered. Please see further details regarding our delivery times and charges.
All delivery dates quoted are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Beyond the Page cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
We anticipate that there may be some delays in orders being received in EU countries as the new systems and processes are established.
Description of goods
Every care is taken to ensure that the description and specification of our products are accurate at the time of going to press. However, the specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are only intended to give a general description of the products, are not binding. Whilst the product’s colour reproduction is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software, computer or screen used to view the products.
Product availability
We endeavour to display all items currently available on our website, and aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes while a product is active. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock, and if a product is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your shopping bag.
Right to cancel
You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled order. We will process the refund within 14 days after the day we receive any ordered products back from, or within 14 days of receiving your notification to cancel. Returns policy
If you are not entirely happy with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our returns policy. Our Returns policy does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty or incorrectly described products.
If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling. Prices are subject to change without notice
Customs Charges
Any goods shipped outside the UK may incur customs charges depending on the destination country and the value of you order. Please contact your local customs office to enquire about any duty that may be payable before your order is delivered. Beyond the Page Gallery is not responsible for these charges and they are not included in your shipping charges. If the goods are returned due to customs charges being refused, only the value of the goods less any addition return transport costs will be refunded.
