Shipping

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation when it has been despatched.

We use professional couriers and all parcels are fully tracked with a signature required at the point of delivery.  In most cases you will be advised of an approximate delivery time. However, if delivery is attempted whilst you are out, the courier will advise you of the attempted delivery and will let you know how to re-arrange.

Orders for mounted prints will usually be despatched within 1 - 2 days.  Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

Orders for framed prints will be despatched within 3 - 4 working days. 

Please contact us if your order is more urgent than this, as we will always do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Estimated delivery times from the day of despatch:

UK mainland – 24hrs

UK Highlands and Islands – 24hrs to 48 hrs

Europe – 3 to 5 working days depending on customs clearance.

Rest of World – 5 to 10 working days depending on customs clearance.

If the despatch of your order is unusually delayed, we will contact you by telephone or email to inform you of an anticipated delivery date.  You can cancel your order at any time before despatch.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in strong boxes. Our packaging has been designed to protect your order during transit so that it arrives in perfect condition.

Our boxes and inner packaging are made from recycled pulp/FSC cardboard.  We use paper parcel tape and even our document wallets are made from 100% paper.  This means the entire packaging can be recycled in your paper/card bin when you have no further use for it.  Please see our ‘Environmental Policy’ for further details.

Delivery Charges

Customs Charges

Any goods shipped outside the UK may incur customs charges (including VAT and Duty Taxes) depending on the destination country and the value of you order.  Please contact your local customs office to enquire about any additional charges that may be payable before your order is delivered.

Beyond the Page Gallery is not responsible for these charges and they are not included in your shipping charges.  If the goods are returned due to customs charges being refused, only the value of the goods less any addition return transport costs will be refunded.
